We hired another landscaping company in Feb to start our project in June. That company bailed the last minute and left me hanging in the middle of the busy summer season. I called 30 companies, majority of them did not even bother to return my calls. Only a 2 came and gave me a quote. Everyone else were busy and booked until end of August ect. I called Bur-Oak and Mark immediately replied to my email and came out gave me a quote. He was very reasonable and was trying very hard to redo the quotes several times to fit my budget. Burl-Oak Landscaping is  an amazing and well run company. The whole team was always on time, professional and did exactly what they promised and more. Strongly recommend this group of hard working team members. The whole team, Mark the business manager,  the owner Louya, Tony and Dan the foremen. Excellent experience from start to finish and would highly recommend the team to everyone. Mark and the team helped us completely transform our backyard into a highly functional part of our home. Mark in particular went above and beyond time and time again - from coming up with a solution to a logistical problem (my backyard was difficult to access), and providing a very fair price for the job, to collaborating with us on design. Burl-Oak Landscaping did my families place in Mississauga. They did such a phenomenal job, we asked them to do our driveway and side of the house in Hamilton. They used permeable interlocking so our tree was safe, and it has held up for a few years (unlike our neighbours concrete or asphalt drives). We are returning customers of Burl-Oak Landscaping. We had our front steps and retaining wall completed in 2019 and were happy with their work. We just had them back to build a stone backyard patio with steps and plants. The patio looks great and we are excited to use it for the remainder of the summer. As soon as we reached out, Mark came to hear our ideas and gave us a quote with some suggestions of his own for improvement. Louay, Tony, and the team arrived promptly and completed our project in a timely manner with great professionalism.
